Applies to all guests who have made individual accommodation reservations at Spacio 30.
The reservation starts at 3:00 p.m. on the reserved date until 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
The entrance to the reserved room before the established time, is subject to availability and carries different charges depending on the time. If you enter before 07:00 hrs, 100% of the accommodation rate will be charged, between 07:00 and 13:45 50% will be charged, after this time the room can be granted as a courtesy as long as the operation he allows it.
The request for not charging the night of early departure will be evaluated directly by the general management of the aparthotel, for which the guest must leave in writing the reason for departure and contact information within a period of no more than 48 hours, it is recommended that the guest inform at least one day in advance of their actual departure date. Does not apply for high season.
Leaving the room after the established time is subject to availability and carries different charges depending on the time. Late check out until 2:30 p.m. may be granted as a courtesy as long as the occupation of the day allows it. From 2:31 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged and after this time the total fee will be charged.
For the registration of entry to the aparthotel, it is mandatory to present identity documents such as Passport, Citizenship Card, Immigration Certificate (Registration will not be allowed without any of these documents). No type of photocopy, license, driving license is valid). In case of loss of the document, a formal complaint will be requested before the competent entity and a document with a photo that supports the identity of the person.
For the registration of minors under 18 years of age, the Civil Registry is required, in which the relationship in the first degree (father or mother) will be confirmed, or an exit permit from the parents and a copy of the identity documents in the event that they do not travel with the child or adolescent; If the trip is made within the national territory, the permit must be signed before a notary public and a copy of the document of those who gave the authorization must be attached, if they are people from abroad, the permit must be apostilled before the consul of the country of origin).
In accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Tobacco Law 1335 of 2009 and Decree 1069 of 2015, Spacio 30 has smoke-free facilities, therefore the guest accepts the obligation not to consume cigarettes, tobacco or any of its derivatives in none of the common areas or rooms of the aparthotel. In the event that the person violates this rule, they must pay a penalty of $ 100,000 cop for affecting the health rights of the non-smoking population. In the same way, if the guest is detected consuming narcotics and / or psychoactive substances in any area, we reserve the right of admission to the establishment, since we are obliged to inform the competent authorities about these facts.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1482 of 2011, Spacio 30 rejects the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and acts of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex or sexual orientation, etc. . In accordance with current legal provisions, the aparthotel warns the guest that the country criminally penalizes these acts against the integrity of the person.
With the purpose of giving an adequate treatment to the personal data of the guest in accordance with the General Regime for the Protection of Personal Data regulated by the National Political Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other laws that develop rights that people have to know, update and rectify all kinds of information that is the object of data processing of public and / or private entities, and it is essential for Spacio 30 to have their prior, express and written consent, in which is empowered to process personal data. The aparthotel declares that it has a Privacy and Data Treatment Policy, by means of which the parameters for the handling of personal information are established in which present and future personal data will be used.
